The best thing about this software is that it's easily accessible from anywhere in any device, which makes life easier for me as I am currently working remote with my clients all over Africa! It has been challenging to learn how to use but after getting used to basic functions - like creating reports etc., everything falls into place effortlessly now :) Nothing so far really! Have only encountered minor glitches while using the program like freezing issues once or twice when running queries/reports. But these have resolved themselves quickly without hassle of contacting support team. This product solves problems associated with keeping track of time sheets & invoicing customers effectively by providing easy access at anytime via mobile devices.
