It was the most amazing thing. Pretty much exactly a month. After using it 4 or 5 times, it suddenly stuck. The handle rotated, but the presser foot only went down as far as it could go. Once it hit the 2 inch mark, nothing. The handle still turned without resistance, but to no avail. It happened with or without tofu in the coupe. When I asked a question here, the seller said this never happened. In response to the same question, another user told me that this happened to him. The seller wanted a video and photo and I sent that back. $20 device. Couldn't they just offer to replace it or refund the money? No thank you. It was great while it lasted, and I'm sure I could have someone tinkering with it - or taking it apart and putting it back together like another user did - but I don't want the hassle. I'll look for something different - maybe something without a lot of parts to break or glue together. This one broke when I had a day to return it. Thankfully, Revane helped.
