While looking for reviews on this product, I saw a video of a similar model that has a dial to control the water jet power. It looked good except it only had a rear jet. I'm a woman so I bought this model thinking it would be the same but with two nozzles. The problem with this truly awful design choice is that it doesn't have an increasing beam intensity dial. It has a lever that you have to pull back once you've selected the jet setting. (ass or vagina) It sounds simple in theory. But just getting a smooth flow is not possible. It will either blast you at 110% full power or not at all. I'm talking about enough force to get it in my hole and it took me a second to push the water out. To make matters worse, I am an overweight woman with severe external hemorrhoids and a very profuse discharge. I'm probably the only consumer group that needs this product the most and I barely get to use it. Hemorrhoids are the only reason I got this thing. But he only hurts me. And as an added annoyance, about 30% of the time when I get up from the toilet, the side of my leg somehow pulls the lever up with it, causing toilet water to douse my genitals, clothes, and floor and walls. My god I can't understand why they thought this lever was a good idea. Maybe it's cheaper to do. My advice is, even if you're a woman, just get a single-nozzle, single-dial model.
