They are everywhere for a reason.

I am an OTP driver. They are so common in trucking because they work so well. I wouldn't dream of going back to the old button hangers we used. Whenever you want or need to use your microphone, it's right there. Fast or slow without having to take your eyes off the road. Just reach out and grab or just let go in the right place. A much simpler and easier way to communicate with CB while driving.
