Installed these on my 2003 F250 and they are significantly better than the original bushings. I originally bought them because I honestly couldn't read the faded markings on the originals and I've probably ridden them more than once. They are very easy to turn on and off. Installation is easy, but the instructions aren't very clear (hence the 4 vs 5 star rating). I had the problem that one side just slipped and the other didn't want to go. The key is that this is a low impact setup. If you hit them, even with a rubber mallet, you're doing something wrong. Keep shaking and they slide inside. Also, they stick out MUCH less than the originals, so measure that. You might want new hubs.
