Received this printer yesterday and set it up today. First, from USB, where I've repeatedly tried unsuccessfully to print from Shopify, the labels came out sideways and I couldn't adjust the printer size of my PDFs. Very frustrating because a lot of labels were wasted in the process. Eventually, after calling Shopify, I figured out the problem and the labels printed without any problems. This step took about an hour which could have been avoided if the manufacturer had provided a bit more information as they know this is the problem. The video is made to be quite useless. If they had mentioned it earlier in the game it would have saved me both time and shortcuts. I saved the wireless setup for later that day as I had packages to ship. I'm glad because it was a complicated process that once again required a lot of trial and error and LOST the labels again. roll. Considering I probably went through 20+ labels to get this thing working, that would be a nice touch. Both settings require multiple labels to be printed, e.g. B. one with IP addresses that have to be entered later in Windows. Plus, it insists the first label be spat out as blank each time you open it, so you'll always lose one if you do it. That. Likewise, if you disable it, there will be a label with an IP address and also a blank one. Why do we need an IP address again after setup? I also find a very loud beep when you open the printer and need to align the paper - or when there is NO paper in it - quite gross. It's deafeningly loud and a completely unnecessary feature. Also, I hope this works well in the future, I love the convenience of wireless and it's so much better than using inkjet labels on a letter size sheet. . The print quality is a bit fuzzy even after correcting the printer settings, but as long as the labels are legible and match my mailings I don't mind too much.
