Mine is broken in my office and I need it right away. And this is the only one I could find with same day delivery so I gave it a try. I would say it does the job and works great with my old printer and prints even faster. The only thing to note is that it doesn't come with label paper like other brands for testing purposes. So if you want to test it, be sure to order label paper at the same time. It doesn't bother me because we still have label paper in the office.

This is a good little printer with decent quality. Setup is smooth, but you'll need to connect via USB first, then switch to Wi-Fi. Via USB, labels are printed almost instantly. When using Wi-Fi, there is a delay of about 6 seconds before printing. To get the best quality you need to go into your print settings and disable dithering. It also works better when set to 100mm x 150mm instead of 4" x 6".

Compact and productive printer. Bought this for a camp and we are also buying other models to compare print results. It actually came out cleaner and cheaper than the other black one I bought. The printing speed is relatively faster, and most importantly, it matches the paper rolls in the machine; while the other cannot match the roles. I have searched so many label printers that I can easily print USPS, Fedex and UPS labels which are easy and time-saving to deliver a package as I always find items on online marketplaces sell. I am deaf and it is very difficult for me to go to the post office where everyone wears masks which is a communication barrier as I rely heavily on lip reading. After carefully following the driver installation and Wi-Fi setup instructions, I've finally optimized my workstation with this powerful little device! Both the wired and Wi-Fi connection work fine and I can connect to multiple of my devices. It doesn't come with label printing sheets so I also bought a roll of 500 sheets 4*6 and it's compatible. Fold labels also seem to work, but I haven't tried it. I have printed over 500 labels so far and it has worked quite reliably.

I got my FreeX label printer yesterday and just had to try it out. I have been using Rollo for my small business for many years. It worked reliably, but I really wanted something with WiFi. I was able to easily set up FreeX on my Mac by following the tutorial video. Be sure to watch the video! Please note that you need to install it with a USB connection before setting up WiFi. Received this printer yesterday and set it up today. First, from USB, where I've repeatedly tried unsuccessfully to print from Shopify, the labels came out sideways and I couldn't adjust the printer size of my PDFs. Very frustrating because a lot of labels were wasted in the process. Eventually, after calling Shopify, I figured out the problem and the labels printed without any problems.
