I've read previous reviews including one that recommended 'erasing' the device before trying to 'pair' or 'install' it with the ZWAVE!STOP!I'm using Trane/ Nexia Bridge and have bought two of these devices. THE NEW INSTRUCTIONS CLEARLY BEGIN THE PAIRING PROCESS ON THE BRIDGE BEFORE CONNECTING THE REMOTE PLUG TO THE SOCKET. IT IS IMPORTANT. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. then tried to "pair" and it took a few tries to pair properly. On my second I made the NEW INSTRUCTIONS STATE exactly and it is QUICK AND EASY TO PAIR WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. I have about 40+ Z-Wave devices. in my home/property of nearly half an acre, and although I use one of these at the furthest point of the property, it responds quickly and reliably to automation and instantaneous commands. It's only been a day, but I'm already far from impressed with this device. It's nice and compact, looks well built and will hopefully serve me reliably for years to come.
