I have a Coleman 9' X 7' Highline tent. For those who don't know what it is, it's because I used it before many of you were born. It looks like a Sundome tent. Last time I used it was because the bungee cord in the bars had stretched to the point where I couldn't catch it. Tried to find new racks - to no avail. Then I found this. Coleman tents have a 1/8 inch hole in the poles. It fits perfectly. In nine section (11 foot) racks I ran the cable about 3 feet longer to create tension. In 5 piece racks (6 feet) I stretched it an additional 1-1/2 feet. Now they are like new. The tent is no longer meant for the trash and now I have another fully functional tent. Note: I tried to thread it through the sections with a shackle and different sizes of wire to no avail, then I just fed it through the holes in the sections and all worked fine.
