The thing works well, needs a bit of training.

Be from a pro so first remove the little handles that will slip off instantly and you can store them in a drawer. Make sure you use a non-stick coating or they won't fall out when done. Also load the eggs in cups outside the pan do not try to break the eggs well in a tray over hot water, do it from the outside and then lightly grasp the tray with the loaded eggs in the center of the handle and lower Then place them safely in the boiling water over medium heat with the water for best results. I've found this helps cook eggs evenly. I experimented with the lid for 3-4 minutes then I remove the pan with an oven mitt or from the middle handle with the handle and then just place the whole tray on the cutting board I fo and if you let it sit for a minute or so , you can gently grip the rims of the cups with your hands, but check them carefully before you do this and most often after. Once they cool in the bowl for a minute, I find this helps keep them from becoming too runny. Once you've done this you can literally flip them over on your toast and they should fall right out, but remember when you take them out of the simmering water allow a minute in the shell because they're actually still cooking, which is a perfect egg and not much clear raw egg yolk helps. Love this thing, glad I didn't buy it like a poached egg on toast.

Pros
  • . Practical thing.
Cons
  • . So far so good.
