Review on Ybug by Justin Miller

I like that it's easy for developers who are not tech savvy at all! they can just click one button "Send Bug Report" without knowing how many lines of code should be written in PHP? They also have an API so you don't need another service when sending bugs via webhooks is enough (also free). It doesn’t support more languages than English only - maybe if there was any way we could extend this feature then everything would work smoothly as well but currently my team has problems using ybug because our clients use Russian language which cannot understand what exactly happens by clicking buttons etc., I like how easy it is to use for both testers and users. The support team is very quick to respond and helpful when needed. It's free so there are no downsides. I don't think I've had any issues so far. It's been great! We have testers using YBug on our site and they love it. Our users also love it because we can see who is visiting the site and what pages they are looking at.
