Gave me a great view of my foot but that's pretty much all I could see in the mirror. I tried positioning it at the point where my top tube and head tube meet and at different angles. I'm about 6ft 1" tall and I ride a Novara Buzz bike. I understand it works well for some people but unfortunately not for me. On the plus side, it seems very secure and doesn't seem to move at all once secured. with included tie downs, unlike some mirrors which tend to wobble when driving over bumps. The mirror is also of good quality. I really wanted it to work for me because of its stability and low profile. Unfortunately it shouldn't be. I have used a Mirrycle MTB bar end mountain bike mirror instead and have been very happy with it so far. Update 2 May 2016 ==================================== I tried this on another bike ( Novara Zealo) and it's more efficient there. I installed it where pipe and head pipes meet. I'm glad I was able to find a place for this mirror on one of my bikes. Now that I have the opportunity to use it, here is my list of pros and cons. Pros: *Low profile, non-sticky *Easy to install, just use the included zip ties. * Very stable, doesn't wobble much. during driving. * Good quality, doesn't break (yes, I've dropped it once or twice.) Cons: * Even when it works, the rear view is still limited. Basically, you can only see directly behind you.* About half the time, your foot is probably getting in the way from being kicked. Watch her video ([.]).* Anything attached to the side of the mirror on the bike (suitcase, wide trunk bag, etc.) is likely to obstruct your view.* To look in the mirror, you have to look downwards so that you can look away from the road slightly longer than the mirror on the steering wheel. So if I had a choice I would still go for a bar end mirror. But in situations where that doesn't work or you need an extra mirror, this might work in some situations, YMMV. Additionally, if you're using a single case, I recommend putting it on the non-mirror side whenever possible.
