The radio died after only a week of operation
The radio sounded great when it was first professionally installed but suddenly stopped working after about a week. Tried to contact the seller after we got back from holiday to report the problem hoping to return the radio for an exchange. I came across Revain Chat Help and after they tried to offer a link for an answer I was told it was a different product and that they were not the seller. It means someone did something wrong somewhere. I just want to return the radio to exchange for a working one. Please, someone, somewhere, HELP
