Design flaw prevents phone from charging
Design flaw: USB cable plugs into the bottom of the phone holder. When I take out my Samsung Galaxy s10+, the weight presses on the micro USB port and the phone does not charge. I have to wiggle the wire, and this is new! Worse, I was on vacation and bought it for that purpose. Why wasn't the micro USB connector placed on the side to avoid these problems, or why wasn't USB C used?!
