The first time I tried it, it didn't work. The light just blinked rhythmically and the drive never showed up on my desktop screen. I don't know if it was just some kind of recalibration or something, but after those first two tries it's working fine now and has worked fine all day. I like that it has a built-in (but short) cable, including a USB-C adapter. I gave 5 stars for "light weight" but 5 stars really because it is NOT as light as some others. It's a little heavier than some of the weaker competitors - still not very durable, but better. I can't believe they can make and sell them so cheap! Works great on my Mac Book Pro except for the first 2 minutes.
