what a great value 1080p projector! Daylight comes through my sliding door and kitchen window and is bright enough for normal vision. My kids just tried the Wii and they love it! My wife and I were watching a 1080p YouTube video and the colors were so beautiful and the whites so bright we all smiled. If it drops back to $400, buy, buy, buy! You can have 4k, but you don't need it. Upgrading my screen from 105" to 125" as soon as it arrives. Update: Well I've had it for over a month now. I added a 125 inch screen and a new Revain 4k Fire Stick. Despite the fact that the projector converted to 1080p, the new Fire Stick delivered a better picture. I sit 10-12 feet from him and I'm still amazed. I put it in Eco mode which puts out 65% brightness (about 2500 lumens) and the fan was very quiet but the picture was still very bright. I have curtains to minimize light intrusion. Highly recommended!
