This double sided tape is an amazing product. From past experience I expected some sort of plastic film with adhesive on both sides. This tape is nothing like that. It is a substantial, sticky layer of adhesive that conforms to the slightest irregularities in either surface. This property is what made it perfect for my application on wood-wood adhesion. I attached a 3/4” work piece to a 3/4 plywood pattern and using a pattern-following router bit to put a beaded edge on multiple work pieces. The resulting work pieces matched identically. There was absolutely no shifting of these surfaces during the routing process. Yet when needed, the work pieces separated easily and cleanly from the pattern.I couldn’t be happier with this product and the support I received from the manufacturer.
