This mirror is easy to install [quick read the instructions before trying, just make sure you know what you need to do]. No tools required. You can easily push the mirror in all directions (manually of course!). The mirror arm is flexible, but you need to use some force when you move it for the first time. I like it when I'm on my bike, I can just look at it and see everything behind me. like car mirrors, objects are closer than they appear. I tested it with a friend. I knew she wasn't far behind me [through my flashbacks], but when I looked in the mirror she still seemed a little further away than she actually was. I highly recommend this mirror.
