With all the hikes and visits we've had over the years, my wife and I have had many experiences with air mattresses over the years. It's by far the most comfortable we've had to date. The ribs on the top of the mattress usually bother her sensitive back, as does every bump when we stand next to each other. This matryosh seems to have solved both problems. I don't know how, but I know it's very useful. The height is ideal for getting in and out of bed and generally contributes to the feeling of lying on a traditional mattress. We calculated the inflation time. Fully inflated in 2.5 minutes with built-in pump. It took 3 minutes to deflate with a pump and ended up not having any air pockets that we could find. Fold and pack in a bag if it's quick and easy. We also tested inflation with a manual external pump that we have. It was just as quick and efficient once I found out that the built in pump switch had to be set to inflate to let air in. Keep an eye out for leaks over time and update the review if they do.
