Overall I'm very happy with this Bissell Crosswave. I never thought how much I would love a sweeper that mops for me at the same time - mind blowing! It was very easy to use, set up and clean my kitchen floor well too. I also cleaned 2 kitchen carpets and this machine really helped remove some stains without soaking the carpets which was very impressive and the drying time was 3 hours (my real carpet shampoo would release a lot more water over a longer period of time). Dry season). My hard kitchen floor actually dried in about 60 seconds or even less as hard floors have a very short drying time which is awesome! My floor and carpets looked great when I did everything, but it didn't happen until a short time later. After a while I noticed a few things I didn't really like. The cleaning solution combined with the scrubbing action of the brush roll actually made my floors quite slippery, like they were coated with something. My kid even slipped on the floor once that day because of the new feeling on the floor. I think I'll use half the recommended cleaning solution instead of the full amount to see if that helps. Cleaning the machine wasn't difficult at all, but requires the same effort as carpet shampooing (cleaning the brush roll, rinsing the solution tank, emptying the recovery tank and wiping out all the dirt). glued on and then left to dry. I love how securely the sweeper attaches to the charger and the included brush roll storage is just great. I also find that the cleaning solution smells very fresh but not overpowering, which I really appreciate. The suction power was also better than I expected, picking up almost every crumb in corners and hard-to-reach places that I usually have a hard time getting to with a sweeper. Also worth noting is that the machine runs louder so I plugged in headphones and listened to something while cleaning which reduced the noise. Only four stars.
