Bought for my sister and grandmother who have various medical conditions that cause hand tremors. I will update my review with their reviews if they try it. They came in multicolored packaging in a nice zippered pouch. It was a bit difficult to get the bottom ones out of the bag as they are narrow and therefore get caught on the zipper. So the bag is suitable for traveling or carrying, but not for everyday storage. For reference, I photographed the cup in the hands, which are quite small. The burrs are deeper than I expected and seem easy to grab. Textured plastic. The mug is very light (my sister says it's easier to hold when filled with liquid).
