Great product with room improvement

I like that it is very flexible, allowing you to customize your workflow for each provider's needs without being too costly or limiting in nature. However, the training materials are not as good as they could be. They do not cover all aspects of using the software. I find myself having to dig through forums. Also, in the training materials, there are some steps and information missing because they were changed between versions. We realized we needed to go from only collecting data about our patients to also receiving payments for those same patients. This allowed us to track who was using what medications while providing an easy way for providers to see their claims and payments at a glance.

Pros
  • The system provides full integration with both Meditech (now Cerner) EMR/PM systems via interfacing services provided by CSC Systems which make working within any practice extremely convenient! It allows staff members complete access into billing transactions regardless if whether this person has had previous experience coding insurance bills..it does take time learning but once completed no longer will questions arise when entering codes etc.for payment
