I liked those first 3 days. After that, my pan started scratching and sticking. I read all the directions and made sure I didn't use olive oil. just canola oil and butter. We ONLY used plastic and wooden spatulas and they still scratch! I have no idea, except maybe the coating will weaken when they're hot. I keep using them and trying different things and EVERYTHING sticks! And now my other pots are doing the same. I want my money back for this whole set! I think I'll stick with good old cast iron.
