The materials are so thin that the bottom of the pan deforms on an induction hob at medium temperature. The pans are useless without a lid, the weight of the handle makes them tip over when cooking lighter foods like eggs or bacon. I sent the set back and invested in a quality cooking set.

I'm addicted to Copper Chef's products, but we couldn't find any smaller round pots that can be used for soups and the like. When I saw this set, I jumped at it immediately! My only complaint is that the smallest pot (1 liter size) doesn't have a lid. Handy lid for sauces, sauces etc. Why save a set and your loyal customers and miss out by not putting lids on all your pots and pans?!

They have been disposed of and removed from our kitchen. "Copper" chip got me, and the non-stick coating worked for about 1 month. We cook 5-6 times a week, use it a lot and would say compared to regular non stick, teflon etc this is the worst thing money can buy. It was a great set but all the pans were gone leaving only the pasta pots. This time we used our regular pans from the supermarket and there were no more marketing gimmicks for us.

We've had these pans for seven months now. Most of them are still fine, but there are two problems. The smallest pot takes a long time to heat up on our induction hob - there just isn't enough steel in it for the induction to work properly. The non-stick coating on the small frying pan didn't last. We have already accumulated fat that cannot be removed. The cost is good, but we recommend giving up this set and buying the best quality.

I liked those first 3 days. After that, my pan started scratching and sticking. I read all the directions and made sure I didn't use olive oil. just canola oil and butter. We ONLY used plastic and wooden spatulas and they still scratch! I have no idea, except maybe the coating will weaken when they're hot. I keep using them and trying different things and EVERYTHING sticks! And now my other pots are doing the same. I want my money back for this whole set! I think I'll stick with good old cast…

I've been looking for a good pot set for a year. My mom bought me one of these pans to try and my husband and daughter loved cooking in them too.
