When I received this buffer I put it to use, this thing heats up so quickly and shuts off, so yourself a favor buy an electric unit, this company also bribes you to give them a great review by saying they will send you a cordless drill for the review, hey why not right ? I then emailed this company 20 times and got no response, all of a sudden 3 months later I get an email from them, I’ve been going back and fourth with them about this crappy buffer, they want some order number, I have proof of purchase and it’s well within the warranty threshold, why not send me a label and I’ll send it back and hopefully have better luck with a new one, I don’t think that would happen, but anyway do not buy this product, the positive reviews you see are from them saying they will give you a cordless drill for a positive review, if you want headaches buy this buffer, if not spend the extra money and get a name brand one, I’m taking the loss and it will just sit on the shelf and maybe I’ll find a use for it use it 10 min till it heats up and shuts off as always, anyway good luck with this company. The ergonomics are ok and the maneuverability would also be fine if it ran longer than 5 min
