Review on Spectra Premium FN599 Fuel Filler by Alex Montgomery

Perfect fit, like almost all Spectra models. The ends were right where the originals should be (within 1/32 inch) and the creases and creases were within 1/8 inch of the originals. The bolt holes were near perfect. The paint is sprayed evenly, the edges are clean and even. Make sure you use fuel hoses to connect it to the tank. NO radiator hose. I highly recommend getting a new gas cap if you buy this. The fuel outlet is 1-3/4 inch ID. I used Gates 23968 to get 3ft. The vent tube has an inside diameter of 3/4 inch. Secure hoses with stainless steel clamps. I used them as a replacement on my 1988 Dodge Dakota, 294,000 miles. If I had to go back to it I would find one with a "box" on top that attaches to the box. I used fiberglass to reinforce the box.
