Received these today, they look like the OEM ones. I will onlyet give these a 2 for now anyway. I charged both batteries and loaded them in 2 different tools a drill and sawsall. They went in just fine and both showed to be fully charged. I wanted to try them in my other Milwaukee tools as well. I went to pull them out and they both were stuck in the tool. I finally ended up using a screw driver to pry them out of the tools. I guess you get what you pay for. I will update once I see how the charge holds.
