Bought thinking the squeaky noise in my front end was coming from the stabilizer bar, after replacing it I realized it was probably my stabilizer bar and other tie rods, who made the noise. Bilstein is a quality shock absorber and I have a 5100 on all 4 corners of my truck and now have a steering stabilizer which should last the life of the car (322k were stocked). A word to the wise as the tapered bolt was the trickiest part of the install. after trying the hammer/heat/cucumber fork/air hammer - rent or buy an idler pulley puller (free at some dealerships as "renter"). It popped out shortly after a good few turns of the tensioner puller. Hopefully this will save someone the hours of frustration I experienced removing my old stabilizer.
