Review on Canson Mixed Media Inches Sheets by Diana Cardonne

Canson 98lb is good for just about anything from sketches to layouts and drawings to finished drawings. I use it so often that buying in bulk is a good option. I like pencil and ink. Enough tooth to give me the texture I'm looking for. Ideal for markers and can work with acrylics, gouache and watercolors (although it will wrinkle a bit depending on the paint's moisture). However, most wrinkles can be ironed out. Deep pencil lines are difficult to erase, so pay attention to the pressure. It doesn't always happen, but I'm ready for it. My art rarely reaches the edge of the page so this wasn't a problem for me, but perfectionists might be disappointed. Canson consistently makes an excellent product. Can't recommend their newspaper enough!
