I like how clear they are about their process as well! They have great ideas for my designs but sometimes it's hard when you're not familiar with what is expected from your team/the client (ie - if we don't know exactly where or who needs an update that means no one does!). Their pricing can be tricky at first because of all those different tiers so make sure everything fits into place before signing anything up front!! This was definitely something unique than most companies out there offer since its mostly design agencies offering things such as social media management etc rather then actually designing websites themselves which makes this service very valuable indeed. Also love having some creative freedom over projects while also being able give them input throughout development time too keep costs down even more by knowing whats needed upfront vs during production phase.
