I will not buy again. Low quality product and Eureka customer service.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I bought this cordless vacuum cleaner for our van at the end of May. Received in early June. I started using it a few weeks after receiving it. Calculated. Used 2-3 times before battery died. It stopped charging no matter how many times I tried to charge. Since I was already outside the return window, Revane suggested I contact Eureka for "warranty service". This is where the real destruction began. On August 23rd I contacted Eureka. They didn't reply so I emailed again. And again. Finally, on September 3rd, they replied. They asked me for info on where I plugged it in, how long I plugged it in, when the problem started (I told them in my original email). They asked me for proof of purchase and the serial number of the vacuum cleaner. I submitted photos. They responded by asking the same questions and requesting the same information, including photos of the serial number/nameplate. I kept sending the same information and each time they found something wrong with it, like "blurry images" or just repeating the questions. Finally, on September 16th, they replied to me again to tell me that there was not enough information. To which I replied, noting that this must be Eureka's way of getting the customer to run around in circles looking for help. I give up. I throw away the lemon. The $130.00 lesson showed I would NEVER buy another Eureka product again.
