I bought this for my 12 year old daughter who uses Dragon Speak at school because she has dysgraphia. She is happy that she has a microphone that helps Dragon Speak pronounce most words correctly. She was very upset with her old microphone that we had lying around because Dragon made a lot of mistakes with it. I'm glad it has a USB cable which is equivalent to a thicker cable than cables on 3.5mm mics. My daughter ruined more than one mic/headphone cable because they were too flimsy. This works great for them and makes their paperwork easier.
