Broke after 6 months and no way to give a "warranty "

Installed six months ago by a licensed mechanic. Today it is completely broken, see attached photo. And since it was on the front axle and I have a rear wheel drive car, I actually only turned it on 5 or 6 times. Whether it's because of very bad material or poor fit, I now have to buy and pay for another part to have it repaired again. The listing says it's covered by a 24-month warranty, but there's no way to enforce it. Seller has not responded to messages and Revain cannot/will not assist you further.

Pros

The unit has been improved with a new design of the new 4WD front axle drive and detachable components. A different alloy steel was used for the internal gears and the inner cases were fitted with high quality precision needle bearings with unique tolerances to retain grease longer and withstand higher temperatures. Special 12.0 alloy socket head cap screws are also installed for the mechanical transmission to reduce deflection of the aluminum case.
