Design versus quality mounting bushes.

I like the ball bearing wheel itself, but the shaft is too short for the wheel's rigidity. Mounting sleeve poorly processed and designed. It's made of cheap aluminum that a steel pulley can't support. I bought these for a chair with wooden legs, thinking that the mounting rod teeth could be carefully hammered into the wooden base of the chair legs, but they just bent. I straightened the teeth and was eventually able to fit them into the bottom of the chair legs, but not so sure. When I installed them they were bent so badly that the reel could not be seated securely. It's supposed to snap into the stem, but that system failed. I've tried using casters without a mounting bar but to no avail. A mounting bar is required. I will not buy again. I'm giving it to a local scrap collector.
