Bought several times with no problems but our last purchase had SERIOUS problems. When we first received the bag, it seemed like at some point there was some moisture or water on the inside of the bag, due to the remains of granules covering the inside of the bag. When we opened the bag, it smelled very bad. We gave some of the food to our birds and they refused to eat it when they had eaten all of their rowanberry pellets. We need to order another bag and these bags are not cheap. We will return any bag that even remotely looks like it might contain moisture.
