This is a great little desk. I can sit in my warm bed and do my job comfortably, which gives me a lot of motivation to get the job done. It slides over my legs so I can sit with my legs outstretched in front of me or get closer with my legs crossed under me, and it's easy to move around when I need to get up. Easy to move, easy to adjust. Easy transitions from bed to bar table. Great for cooking as it sits high and prevents the computer from getting the ingredients when I want to make an online recipe. Perfect. The mouse pad is not my favorite as it is difficult to put on. The clamp screw is in an awkward position, but I can't see where it might go. If I moused over it it could be a problem because it would loosen if I touched it too hard, but since my laptop has a trackpad it's not a problem. I have a portable hard drive that sits on a shelf and it holds up well. I recommend and will buy again.
