This software has been extremely helpful in managing our hotel's business, it allows me to view all of my guest information at once as well as being able to make changes if needed. I've also found this system very easy to use overall. There are not many things you can dislike about this program but there are some minor issues with how certain features work. The biggest issue we have had was when trying to add new rooms or update existing ones. It would take us longer than expected to get through each step and sometimes just didn't complete them. We were looking for a more efficient way to keep track of all of our hotels' room availabilities and their rates so we could easily manage everything from one place instead of doing multiple searches across different websites.
