Within less than 10 months of having the faucet, it started leaking at the handle. This is a motion sensor faucet so you have to leave it in an on position for it to work as it is supposed too. With it leaking, we were forced to turn it off to prevent puddles multiple times a day on the counter. Soon after, it started to leak in the off position too.When you get the faucet, there is a card in the instructions telling you about the 5 year warranty and who to contact if questions or warranty issues. Also states they will contact you within 24 hours.Well it has been over 30 days since the first email went out. Note I said email because they do NOT give you a telephone number. If my math is correct, that is at least 720 hours without a response. Furthermore, I have written at least 3 more emails and still no response.Due to the crappy customer service, I am now out $125 or so because I am going to have to throw it away since they will not tell me how to fix it, replace it or anything AND was forced to buy a new faucet.So if you truly enjoy replacing kitchen faucets and throwing money away, buy this faucet and don't expect the company to give you support or back their warranty. Or heed this advise and steer clear of the product.If ebay or Soosi decide to make this right I will update this post. I don't expect either to care, but we will see.
