Better than I imagined

Not to be overly dramatic but this is easily the best thing I’ve purchased in a long time. Was easy to install, love the ability to pull the faucet down to rinse things, the jet setting to spray dishes is very powerful and useful. More than anything though the motion sensor is fantastic. Washing hands while cooking without having to touch the handle makes everything easier and more sanitary. I knew we’d like having it but didn’t realize how much. Highly recommend. Love it and would buy it over…

Broke after a year and a half

Main (turning water on and off) Handle broke and fell into my husbands hand a year and a half after purchase. Loved it before that. Not sure if we got a faulty product or what.

Low water pressure best in my review

Nice Appearance in my review

First, it looks really good.Second, I didn’t think I’d like the motion sensor. I planned to simply turn it off. ( You can easily choose that option.) However, after using it for a few weeks, I don’t know how I ever lived without it. It’s great.

Spray Overkill in my review

The spray function is too powerful. Reducing the flow will reduce the pressure, but below a certain threshold the spray turns back into a stream. When reduced to the minimum flow that will generate a spray, this faucet still makes a mess. The faucet is installed on a generous-sized kitchen sink and our water pressure is often maddeningly low, but water still goes everywhere. We can feel droplets hitting our bare legs and feet when rinsing dishes. (We live in a warm climate.) And the boosted…

Really like the look and functionality of the no touch on off function. The pullout extension could be a little longer but we do have a very large sink. Very satisfied.

I like the color of the faucet, the motion sensor didn't work at first but then we got it to work seems a little touchy at times, it is nice how you can have it run normal or switch to spray mode.

Love touchless! - my new review

Great touch less faucet! I'm so happy we went with touch less, now that we've experienced it. It functions great and has a button on the sprayer for a hard sheet spray in addition to the normal options. Great range of motion too.

Mom tested, plumber approved

My plumber was impressed and guessed a price 50% higher than I paid. I think he’s going to get one too! It’s so nice to have hands-free water on/off; not just for food sanitation but to keep the fixture a little less gunky between cleanings.

Great faucet with very useful spray features

I have had this faucet for about 2 months now. I got it because my wife wanted the touchless faucet. Since I have a corner sink in my kitchen, I had to mount a vertical support for the battery pack. No big deal. Just know this is made for a flush wall, but if you are remotely handy you will manage. Got it all installed and my wife immediately hates the touchless feature. I loved it, but as all of you know, I lost. So, we don't use the touchless feature, but it is great, I promise. The best…

No support aka horrible customer service

Within less than 10 months of having the faucet, it started leaking at the handle. This is a motion sensor faucet so you have to leave it in an on position for it to work as it is supposed too. With it leaking, we were forced to turn it off to prevent puddles multiple times a day on the counter. Soon after, it started to leak in the off position too.When you get the faucet, there is a card in the instructions telling you about the 5 year warranty and who to contact if questions or warranty…

missing O ring in my review

Installed per directions which were quite minimal. No parts list was included. When turned on water sprayed out the top of the connection of the sprayer head. Upon inspection noticed a O ring was needed. between to tighten the contact between the swivel joint and the head. I’ luckily had one. It’s been a week and so far so good.
