easy to use for my opinion
Griddle is easy to use. Nice uniform sized pancakes. Handle easy to install AND comes with a spare screw. Handle stays cool to the touch. Used on a glass top stove. No stick surface works but I still give it a shot of PAM. Distributes heat evenly except for the outer edges. That is due to the design of the pans bottom (not good)

- The molds may be too shallow to hold a sufficient amount of batter, resulting in flat pancakes
