I searched for this a long time because they are usually called crepe makers, even if they make pancakes, so I got no results with online searching. You just flip the plate for pancakes. That also makes it easy to hold under water to clean. I wish the indentations were slightly deeper, but we like thinner pancakes so it's fine. Add a little can of Wild Maine blueberries for a great pancake. Found those on ebay, also.

After trying and returning multiple egg pans claiming to be non stick, I am pleased to report this pan does the job! I was concerned based on pictures in other reviews that the molds would be too shallow or too small to contain larger eggs and there would be runoff into other parts of the pan, but that hasn’t been an issue for me even with giant eggs. I'e been using this pan for several months now, mainly to cook sausage and egg patties for breakfast sandwiches. The walls of the cups are too low, so food just slides around on the pan when you try to get under it with a spatula. To make it worse, the edges of the pan aren't even raised to prevent food from sliding off onto the stovetop. Great idea, bad execution.

After looking over so many pans of this type, I decided on this one and we are delighted with it. Its perfect for pancakes of course but now he makes his version of a Mcmuffin and they are delicious! It's surprisingly heavier than I thought but that's a good thing. Cleaning is ridiculously easy. We love it! And more importantly, I don't have to cook breakfast! 😉

Dont buy this pncake pan it is very unhealthy for your kid and your family. After couple of usage very bad black dust coming out from the bottom of the pan abd from the inside. Perfect for pancakes for kids as well as some other cultural batter dishes. Unfortunately, the non-stick layer seems really thin. Easily scratched with simple spatulas. Maybe use plastic tongs to flip to keep the surface lasting longer.

Do not order this pan if you have an induction cooktop. The steel plate on the bottom of the pan does not cover the entire surface therefore only the center of the pan heats up leaving the outer third of the pan cool.

Griddle is easy to use. Nice uniform sized pancakes. Handle easy to install AND comes with a spare screw. Handle stays cool to the touch. Used on a glass top stove. No stick surface works but I still give it a shot of PAM. Distributes heat evenly except for the outer edges. That is due to the design of the pans bottom (not good)

I love mine. I make vegan pancakes and don’t use oil. No problem at all, and super easy to clean. Very happy The molds may not be suitable for making waffles or other types of breakfast foods.

I wish I had this gadget years ago! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! It’s perfect for to make pancakes for more than one kid at a time and its heating distribution makes pancakes faster. This is a great pan to make small pancakes for children. But if you need bigger pancakes, then maybe a one pancake pan would work better.

I know it listed the size of the individual sections but fyi they’re not large enough to cook an egg in very well! The pan may not be able to handle frequent use, particularly if you make pancakes often.
