I wish I had this gadget years ago! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I was so thrilled with the heat distribution, I was able to make pancakes & eggs at the same time without one or the other getting cold by the time I’m ready to sit down to eat!Once the pancakes & eggs separate from the pan a little, you can easily flip them over with a spatula. It was super easy to clean the pan!I’m super happy with my purchase!
