After trying and returning multiple egg pans claiming to be non stick, I am pleased to report this pan does the job! I was concerned based on pictures in other reviews that the molds would be too shallow or too small to contain larger eggs and there would be runoff into other parts of the pan, but that hasn’t been an issue for me even with giant eggs. It’s so easy to use and clean.The pan is large and seems durable. Good sized heat resistant handle, excellent weight distribution. My only note is that it seems to take longer to get to a high heat temperature, and I’m not convinced it heats perfectly evenly. BUT not perfect doesn’t mean not great. I’m very happy with it and thrilled to finally have a truly nonstick pan (and hopefully PFOS free as advertised) in which to make my daily eggs over easy. :)
