This cartridge causes smearing. I've tried the printer's "Clean Head" function twice, both on the normal and on the "heavy" level! That does not work. The cartridge is supposedly under warranty based on the date printed on the cartridge itself, but check the warranty. HP asks you to enter a product number, but the cartridges don't have a product number that I can find, just a serial number, which of course the HP website doesn't recognize. Well say then contact Revine (where I bought it). But Revane says the return window closes in 30 days. For a defective item under warranty? What is this guarantee?
