Review on 3 Socket Cigarette Lighter Splitter Independent by Carson Zoberman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is a nice and compact device that can charge multiple items at the same time.

I'm in a van and have a few items that require a cigarette lighter to charge and some standard USB ports for my phone, DVR and Garmin. I was using a multi-socket charger and burned two of them. Well, I didn't actually burn them. They melted the plug without blowing the fuse. So I decided to try the design of two new brands. The Superone has the same power as the old ones, 150W. My car fridge uses 54W peak, my DVR and Garmin each uses about 6W, my CB uses 3-5W, and my cell phone uses about 15W; that's about 82 watts. This block should handle it with no problems. I've been using it for a week and so far so good. I will update over time. The manufacturer also gives us two extra fuses just in case; and that's a good precaution they offer. The manufacturer also offers two double-sided adhesive pads in case you want to stick them on your dashboard or console. I haven't decided yet if I should use this option. In this case I need to remove the sticky pads from my newest device. In general I am satisfied with the quality, the instructions and the spare parts. I hope this will bring me a long happy camping time.
