I am very upset and the product is no good.
autonomy dropped sharply after 2 years. Now the charge is enough for 16 hours. I called the SC Navicom, they said that they are not repairable, consider disposable. They offered to replace it for 17k . don't buy it for anything. There are many similar cases with battery degradation.
