everything is fine in shampoo and conditioner sets

nothing special just regular shampoo and conditioner. I felt my hair was bearable but softened slightly. I don't know how shampoos/conditioners add volume, but either this one lacks that ability or my hair has somehow become dirtier. I have thick, coarse hair. My husband used it too and it made his hair *really* sad as he has fairly thin hair. I will not redeem.
