I've had this microwave for about 6 months. Heats food unevenly. Milk warmed up in 3 minutes. I followed the directions to keep the acai warm. It took 3 times as long. Panasonic expects me to pay the shipping cost to fix the problem. No way. i drop it Purchase at your own risk.
