I am very pleased with this half pad and the padding options. The quality is very good and the custom fit allows me to adjust the saddle to my mare's size as she develops. said that a larger 17.5" dressage saddle may need a larger panel). In an ideal world it could probably be a half inch shorter but I think a 16.5-17.5 would be too small for my saddle so I'm happy with the size. Overall I am very happy with the purchase!
