I thought I'd risk it to improve my project, but I quickly realized it was a waste of money. My first set of holes was far enough off center that I could see it without even measuring. Just to confirm, I flipped the breadboard over and put it back together, essentially doubling the error. You can see the result in the first picture. Not even close. I could avoid that if all future boards always had the same thickness and I always spoke of the same surface, but that's not all. is centered on the guide bush, interfering with alignment. You can see it on the second picture. And the icing on the cake, after only a few drill holes, the clamp screw started to bind and was difficult to turn. I sent it back and went the other way with my joints.
